Federal Supervisor Training
DoD Supervisory/Managerial Framework Training: Required Initial and Refresher Training for supervisors of federal personnel (includes military supervising civilians).
Federal Employee Retirement Training
FERS, CSRS, LEO/FF/ATC Special Provision. Onsite or online. Training by career phase available.

Performance Management (e.g., DPMAP), Mentoring and Coaching, Individualized training on soft skills and more!
Performance Management for Federal Government Supervisors
Overview: This training is for employees, rating officials, and higher-level reviewers and is a comprehensive review of the entire DPMAP (also PMAP and other agency unique systems) to include required actions in all phases, constructing SMART elements and standards, and employee and supervisory inputs. LSA has a high degree of expertise in performance management and DPMAP and OPM’s PM+ concept. Refer to the LSA Catalog section on performance management for more information.
Mentoring and Coaching Programs
Mentoring – Since its inception and, to current, LSA provides mentor and new employee training guidance to one of the largest federal law enforcement organizations. We have helped reduce attrition by training mentors to connect with the new officer quicker and more effectively. LSA can assist any federal program with effective onboarding and mentoring new and experienced employees.
Coaching – Our coaching programs provide guidance and tools to enhance career progression and development by focusing on job-fit based on positional requirements in areas of thinking style, behavioral traits and occupational interests. Our unique and individualized coaching reports and guidance promote a professional approach to career coaching.

Individualized Training (TIAI)
Training to Individual Areas of Improvement (TIAI) can be in pursuit of personalized professional development, a response to an identified need to address behaviors that adversely affect the work environment to include recommendations from the ADR process, or another type of agreement, requirement or pursuit for personal improvement.

LSA Federal Contracting Overview
LSA is a properly registered contractor in the System for Award Management (SAMS). Our unique SAMS Identifier and CAGE Code are available upon request. LSA is currently working within and has successfully multiple federal contracts, use the Contact Us portal to request additional information references.
