Our areas of expertise include leadership and management training, as well as enhancing performance and people skills. LSA provides targeted consultation services, including performance management, organizational change, and emotional intelligence.
About LSA Leadership:
Tim and Amy Coffey of Pensacola, FL, founded Leadership Solutions Associates, LLC in 2008. The company now has over 200 Federal and private sector customers on an international scale.
Tim Coffey, President, is a veteran of the U.S. Navy with over 25 years of service. He is a certified master training specialist, master sales trainer, negotiator, and merit-based diversity practitioner. Tim has a B.S. in Management and an M.S. in Organizational Performance.
As CFO/Administration, Amy Coffey also consults in critical areas such as customer service and workplace interpersonal communications.
LSA works within active contracts and has completed numerous others since 2008.
