DiSC Five Behaviors
For over a decade, LSA has been an authorized partner of the Five Behaviors, working with public (civil service, military), private (e.g., manufacturing, sales), and non-profit organizations to increase team performance. LSA’s extensive use and experience with the Five Behaviors provides an opportunity for your organization to increase team performance by understanding and quantifying Team Trust, Team Conflict, Team Commitment, Team Accountability, and Team Results.
The LSA approach to the Five Behaviors includes assessing, training, and coaching the team to shore up areas needing improvement while leveraging their identified team strengths. Review and request the LSA Catalog or Contact LSA for more information about the Five Behaviors.

Once assessed the team is debriefed and LSA helps the team leverage their strengths and address areas needing improvement to increase team interactions and ultimately performance. After training the team can be re-assessed and even further adjustments can be made if required. LSA’s Five Behaviors is limited to in-tact teams up to a specific number of participants to promote your return on team training investment.
