Leadership Solutions Associates, LLC (LSA) provides retirement system training for Federal personnel using the latest and most relevant information available. LSA is not a financial planning company and will not provide financial investment advice or advocate for any company or commercial product in regards to retirement investment.
LSA will provide a comprehensive overview of the applicable Federal retirement benefits so that your personnel are well-versed on their benefits based on the program they are eligible to participate in: Civil Service Retirement System (CSRS), Federal Employee Retirement System (FERS) or Federal Special Category Retirement System (Federal Law Enforcement Officers (LEO), Federal Firefighters and Federal Air Traffic Controllers). All these course offerings are offered in a one and two-day format.
Finally, LSA offers a specific FERS training (one-day only) for Federal employees who were hired after the 2013 due to the increased withholdings in the benefit plan requiring an even greater understanding of the system to prepare properly for retirement.
NOTE: Pre-retirement training is most appropriate for any Federal employees within 7 years of projected retirement; Mid-Career training is appropriate for employees between 5 and 10 years of current Federal service and New Employee seminars are best suited for employees with 5 years or less of current Federal Service.
